CHRISTINE ESCHENFELDER

Christine R. Eschenfelder has been affiliated with Stowell Crayk since 2008 and currently serves ‘Of Counsel’, advising clients on complex employment-based immigration matters. With over fifteen years of experience, she works with businesses and individuals across the United States and internationally, helping them navigate an increasingly complex and evolving immigration system.

In addition to her legal work, Christine is pursuing a Ph.D. in Sociology at Utah State University. Her research explores migration, visa holders, and questions of belonging within the context of shifting U.S. immigration policy. This academic work informs her legal perspective, deepening her understanding of how immigration systems shape both opportunity and lived experience.

Her practice focuses on employment-based immigration, including both temporary and permanent visa pathways for professionals, executives, researchers, and individuals of extraordinary ability. Christine has extensive experience working with consular posts around the world and is known for her thoughtful, strategic approach and her commitment to clear, practical guidance.

Christine earned her J.D. from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law, where she received the CALI Award in International Human Rights. During law school, she interned with the Immigration Court in Salt Lake City and worked on asylum and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions through public interest initiatives. She holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of California, San Diego.

Outside of her professional work, Christine lives in Park City with her husband, two teenage children, and three dogs. She enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time outdoors, and is learning to play the ukelele. She currently serves on the board of the Park City Education Foundation.
