In 1996, Mr. Stowell founded this law firm. As partner, Douglas Stowell specializes in family law and criminal defense. Mr. Stowell has developed a broad range of expertise, having been employed with an insurance defense firm, a municipal tort liability and white collar criminal defense firm, and serving as a small claims court judge in the Third District Court, State of Utah, Murray Division.
