John West is an amazing attorney, and I truly cannot thank him enough for helping me through one of the most stressful times in my life. Before meeting John, I had filed my green card case through someone who was not an attorney, and unfortunately I was scammed and lost over $10,000. On top of that, I also had a DUI case, which made me extremely nervous about my immigration interview. John stepped in and helped me just before my green card interview. He made sure I prepared every document related to my DUI case, advised me to complete the required classes, and helped me obtain my certificate before the interview date. Let’s just start with saying these guys are BUSY and busy for a reason. Marty was our lawyer for adjustment of status and while this is something that can be costly, they offer payment plans and are more than fair for what you get. Marty is a tough character and she can come off very blunt. For me personally, that’s why I love her. However for most, she may come off brutal. And that’s what you need in a lawyer. She’s smooth with the courts and has a great rapport. I saw that during our interview. She also is the lawyer others go to. She’s seriously great! The front office staff are extremely friendly! They will remember you and know you as you come and go through whatever process you need to go through. A fair warning, and this is true wherever you go, paralegals are in and out. Many people going into law school and transitioning. Sometimes they’re great. Sometimes the communication isn’t there. I wouldn’t let this detour you though because it will be real wherever you go. However, I highly recommend these guys because they are proactive and on top of it. The price is fair. They make financing easy and the staff are all incredible to work with.
