Samuel Knight graduated from Creighton University School of Law in the summer of 2017, earning both a JD and a Masters in Government Organization and Leadership. He was admitted to the Utah bar in October 2017.

Knight also holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Weber State University. He gained valuable experience through internships with the U.S. Senate Finance Committee, Judge Dee Benson, and the Utah House of Representatives. During law school, Knight worked in the Creighton Law Clinic, where he assisted low-income individuals, particularly women in abusive relationships, with legal issues such as divorce, custody, and protective orders.

Knight joined Stowell Crayk in 2017, focusing primarily on Criminal Defense and General Civil Litigation. He has provided indigent criminal defense services to residents of Cottonwood Heights, Holladay, Taylorsville, South Jordan, Midvale, West Jordan, and West Valley City, among others. Knight is dedicated to guiding clients through the criminal process, offering support at every step, and negotiating favorable plea bargains. He has represented numerous clients in bench and jury trials.
