Christine R. Eschenfelder has been with Stowell Crayk since the summer of 2008 and was admitted to the Utah Bar in October of 2008.

Christine graduated with a J.D. from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law. During law school, Christine received the CALI Award in International Human Rights and served an internship at the Immigration Court in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was a member of the Public Interest Law Organization and worked as a volunteer, preparing ‘Violence Against Women Act’ immigration petitions and asylum petitions.

Before attending law school, Christine graduated on the Dean’s List from the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. in International Studies.

Her practice is focused primarily on employment-based immigration, including a multitude of non-immigrant, or temporary work visas (H-1B, H1B1, L-1A, L-1B, TN, and O-1) as well as immigrant, or permanent, employment-based visas (EB-1 Extraordinary Ability, EB-1 Multinational Manager/Executive, EB-1 Outstanding Professor and Researcher, EB-2/EB-3 PERM, EB-2 Schedule A Exceptional Ability, and National Interest Waivers).

Christine’s immigration practice has allowed her to work with clients from around the world. She has assisted clients through consular posts from London to Ankara to South Africa and many, many consulates between. She has worked with small and large companies across the country to petition for international employees. Employment-based immigration is an extremely complex process that requires experience, expertise, and an ability to work collaboratively with each client to solve unique challenges. Christine’s practice is built upon referrals of past satisfied clients and colleagues.

When she is not working, Christine takes advantage of playing in the outdoors with her two kids, three dogs and husband. Living in Park City, she tries to ski and hike as much as possible. Christine also loves CrossFit and teaches hot vinyasa yoga at a local studio.

Christine is committed to being highly accessible to her clients and to providing clear and effective legal assistance and collaboration.
